Why does almost every jeans have this weird little pocket pocket just above above the regular one on the right? Does it is more weirder to have a jeans without that one?

Maybe you have been used to make it a storage for condom, matches and coin. But it is not the original idea why that teeny-tiny pocket was present in every jeans.

It originally serves as a protective storage for pocket watches ,as it was comfirmed in the Levi Strauss' blog.

"The first blue jeans had four pockets—only one in back and, in the front, two plus the small, watch pocket. In the 1800s, it is comonly used by cowboys to protect their pocket watches from being broken. 

Though pocket watches has completely replaced by wristwatches  thus make it obselete, "watch pocket" remain a part of  jeans' fashion.
